New contract

<p>I app**** for a new contract,last week Tuesday then when i called for the update this week monday they said my contract has been chancelled,then reapp**** .Tuesday i got a call from verification section and told me that i will get the sms confirming my track number which i did not get,then today when i called they did give me the tracking number and the number to call so that i can track my phone,when i do call RAM they saying the number provided by vodacom its not the correct one and the address,so i need to call vodacom to rectify that,then i called vodacom and took me about 20 min to get them, when i do i was transfered non stop,from one section to another ,when i finaly get the correct one,they told me that the system is down,they cannot assist me i should call in an hour. </p> <p>im totally not happy with the service as they keep taking wrong information and not updating me as im the one who always contact them.</p>
