New Contract
Placed an order on black friday. I received an email confirming the order and a reference number.
I contact live chat support today to find out the status and they tell me there is no order for me and my reference number does not exist and also that they don't have that phone for that specific contract anymore.

27 Nov 2018, 14:55The query was never addressed, I was busy explaining on the call and the phone got put down in my face. I got called yesterday by your "sales" person and they told me that they called yesterday and they had no stock of the phone. How does that deal still sit on the website until Monday at 11am if there is no stock of the device? I placed my order at 1pm on Friday.
The sales person then goes on to try and sell me on a another deal which was more than the cyber monday deal and then tells me that i must go through them and not apply on the website for the deal and that they will even throw in a "free" pair of headphones. The deal on the website already had that. It frustrates me that we apply online and enter all our information, get an email response and then get told there's no stock and your reference number does not exist.
