New Client? Vodacom Does Not Care

My husband received a call 2 weeks ago regarding a fibre application. We stated we want to get fibre installed and the lady promised to send us the quote asap. After having not sent the quote after several days, I decided to apply on Vodacom's website for the same package. After a day or so, I was requested to send a copy of my ID and bank statements. This was done. Again, I was asked to resend the ID copy. Again I comp****. I never heard from the initial contact person, Tarryn Hutton again, even though I asked whether she had received the documents on numerous occasions. I then spoke to Lerato, who redid the application, as we never received our router. The application was succesful and we received an order confirmation via email, stating that the router will be delivered. I once again contacted Lerato after a week, to find out where the router is. I have not had a reply since. I phoned the contact centre. At first, they stated no reference number had been assigned to us for delivery of the router. A service request was logged and the man asked that I phone back the next day to find out if someone had attended to it. I phoned back the next day. This time the lady I spoke to stated the ID copy was never sent. She also stated she will speak to the Warehouse manager to find out about the router status. She promised she would phone back the next day. This never happened. I am already sick and tired of Vodacom and i have not even started using their service yet. If I want to pay a company money for a service, why is this the level of non-existent 'service'' received? Nobody I have contacted seems to have a clue what is actually the problem regarding the application and why the router was not received. Up to this day, I have still not received a reference number. I always thought businesses would go through trouble to gain clients, but obviously for Vodacom this is not the case. I need answers as to my application and router ASAP.

Good day. I have now received an email stating SO status is 'Open'. However, I see the total amount due per month is not what was agreed upon, namely R604? It is now R1,200? I did explain to Lerato I only needed the interim LTE router, until installation takes place and fibre is active. Why is the total reflecting incorrect and when will this be rectified?

Apparently the router is on back order now as you do not have stock. Why were we not notified of this. Metrofibre has already called to do installation next week Friday, 15th May 2020, yet we have no router. When they do install the fibre, how will we be able to use it if Vodacom does not shape on their side? When will we receive the router in order to access fibre? I am getting sick of having to contact Vodacom every day, just to follow up on something which should be a priority for Vodacom itself.
