New Cell phone Contract ***** Ref: ***

New Contract ***** Ref number 1- ********** ********** This message is intended to go to the CEO of Vodacom whom I cannot even contact as the email to him ********** is also blocked not to receive complaints from customers

Dear CEO I write to you to seek your intervention on the case of ***** committed using my identity at your Cresta Mall Vodacom Shop. The level of indifference demonstrated by your ***** investigation/ Customer Service units has necessitated that I register this matter with your good self as my last resort. I have followed all the instruction given to me by your customer service after learning of this incidence. Being to open a SAPS case, to Submit a sworn statement with the so called ***** unit. I have a ref number given to me by your Cresta Vodacom Shop. I was then advised that someone will be in contact with me within a week. When I contact the Customer service desk, I am told that the ***** unit cannot be contacted directly, I only need to send an email to them. I have done so as evidenced below to no avail. Despite all my effort to appeal to your process. There seem to be no progress nor acknowledgement of my concern. We are now approaching month end, I do not expect to see another debit order from your organization which I did not authorize. I am appealing to you to assist me to resolve this matter urgently.

If you have time to look at the attached document, you will notice that your vetting process is decimal flawed, if not your own staff members are involved in perpetuating this conduct, as any reasonable person in credit offering would verify the information given with the source of such information. This clearly was not done.
