NEW CELL PHONE ACTIVATION

Goodday. I am a Vodacom customer with serious complaints about Vodacom. I have added a new contract to my name during November 2016. Firstly it was a nightmare getting the new device. On delivery of the new device and contract, I only received a simcard with no device. Then Vodacom had to cancel the order and admitted that their system is faulty. I had to apply again and then I only received the device with no simcard. I had to phone the call centre and they informed me that I had to visit a Vodacom store and purchase a contract nano sim, which I did and had to pay for it additionally. The store was supposed to do a simswap, I completed the forms and they never did it. More calls to the call centre and finally they activated the simswap through the call centre. Then my service got suspended. Many phonecalls to the call centre later and speaking to about 12 agents and everyone with their own versions, I am still suspended. Eventually Vodacom told me that the sales department granted and approved my new contract, but failed to increase the credit limit. According to them this is why the system suspends my lines. I have now been phoning on a daily basis to the call centre. A service request was logged on 30 November to increase the credit limit and up to date its not been attended to. On 7 December an agent told me that they are sorting it out immediately. On 8 December I phoned again and then the agent told me that it has not even been assigned to anyone to up the credit limit. I am a paying customer that is now not receiving the service I am paying for. My line was suspended again this morning. If anything should happen to me, I cannot phone, because of Vodacom’s incompetence. I have 3 lines and not one of them is now reliable. Every time I phone the call centre, I spend 45min to an hour on the phone with no results and no restored service. The one agent will tell me they can open the line and do so, but inform me that it will be suspended again due to the credit limit issue and a next one will say they have no authority to do it. Mixed messages and frustration to me as the paying customer.
