New C3D System Vodacom has implemented is costing their clients

Vodacom should really make sure that the new IT software they have implemented in their business is working 100% efficiently before they migrate their customers from one working platform to the next. My husbands account was chosen randomly to migrate from the old M2 system to the new C3D system. He lost his phone but was due for an upgrade and went to the Vodacom La Lucia store to upgrade his contract and get a new handset, but the poor staff in store are unable to assist because the new IT system his account was randomly migrated to keep's hanging on the "sign off on the deal" page and now his account is locked and suspended and he has been a paying client of Vodacom with this exact number since cellular services were brought to South Africa.

The poor staff at La Lucia tried to help but in vain because the "Technical Department" cannot get their issues resolved.

This is really a poor show Vodacom and having been a client myself for many years, I am tempted to move to a company who would ensure smooth contracting and immediate problem solving.
