New, but broken

We bought your Card Machine. It took THREE days to get it registered at the Vodacom Shop. After the three days of struggling with that, we got it registered only to be told most of the devices are not working properly. We spent the money, spent our time, and no one said anything about the machines being broken. We have an expo this weekend and needed it for sales. To be told the machines are not working after you bought them, is negligent of Vodacom. Big companies seems to like enjoy taking money from the public!
