Never use Vodacom Fibre

I gave a months' notice to cancel my Vodacom Fibre contract. At the onset of the contract, I specifically requested that the contract must be on a month-to-month basis. The order I received stated that it is on a "month-to-month" basis. When I cancelled my contract, I received an e-mail from Somaya Adams requesting me to sign a document stating that I had a contract for either 12 or 24 months and that I will have to pay penalties due to terminating the contract before the end date. I did call Vodacom and explained that I will not be signing this document as I have a month-to-month contract. There's been a few consultants that tried to assist me with no joy. All I want is a consultant that can understand my query and resolve it. As I have given the 1 month notice at the beginning of July and this should have been the end of my contract with Vodacom Fibre and there should not have been any penalties payable, according to the sales order raised at the beginning of this contract.
