Never Use Vodacom
Hi
I was ****** in KZN on the 28th of December and my phone and router was ****** from me including some other items. I went to Vodacom at the Workshop in KZN to try to do a sim swap and claim for a new phone but the staff could not help even after getting the manager involved. They did not even want to listen to me and said I should get a letter from the company before they can help although the contract is in my name and the costs are deducted from my bank account and all that my company does is give me an allowance for my cellphone and data costs. I went to the workshop a few times and then a person by the name of Mark tried to help but couldn't although the insurance approved my claim. I then left it and said I will sort it out in GP. At least mark tried to help. I than had a chance to go to Vodacom at the mall of Africa and a person by the name of Cindy who I would not even say tried to help me. She was dancing in the shop and I told her why I was there and all she said was that I must call the insurance and then come back even after I told her that my claim had already been approved. I was really upset because I asked her to check on the system and she refused to even do that. I dont know if that is what Vodacom teaches as customer service but this was the worst experience I have ever been through at Vodacom and will never recommend Vodacom to anyone. I will be porting from Vodacom asap. I will try to sort my claim out again and hopefully that the next shop will assist me. They say 3 times is a charm so lets hope.
