Never use Vodacom

Vodacom Clearwater mall and Vodacom customer service. What an obsolute terrible service provider!!! Upgraded my 2 year contract and wanted to return the phone, I've had a Samsung for years and at the shop the sales person sold Huawei to me saying it is exactly as Samsung just with a better camera, when I set the phone up, I learnt that is not at all like Samsung and you cannot even download any google apps, when retuning the phone and explaining that we were provided with false information, the manager got extremely rude and the call centre simply that they cannot assist as we got the phone from a shop and not online. To my dismay, I upgraded a second contract for a pink S22 and a watch (this time, making sure its done online), they gave me a me a mans watch, I asked to return the watch, nope no can do as I already used the phone (which I wanted to keep)! This will be the last contract with Vodacom for personal and business purposes. Vodacom is one of the worst Service Providers!!!
