NEVER use Vadacom insurance its a *******

When I signed a contract with Vodacom insurance, I insured the phone that I received with the contract, I asked them for insurance that would replace the phone with the same phone in the event of me losing my phone. The insurance was for a phone up to R7000.00 with 15% excess. The phone was a Nokia Lumnia 825. My phone was ******. It has been replaced by a Huawei P8 lite. When I went online to check the price of the Huawei P8 lite, I found that I could buy one for about R3900.00. ( [URL Removed] ). That I received a phone to the value of R3900.00 when I was insured up to R7000.00 looks very wrong to me. It could even look **********. I have been dealing with the manager at Hyde Park. He cannot do anything more for me. I would like someone from Vodacom to give me a call and explain how the Huawei P8 lite can even be compared with the Nokia Lumnia 825. I feel as if I have been ********** about R3000.00.
