Never trust Vodacom!

Everytime I have an issue with Vodacom I think that it cannot get worse until the next time I call! have ladi numerous complaints, called numerous times and wasted so much of my own time trying to solve Vodacom's problems. I called yesterday 10 May 17 and spoke to a lady Dineo from "Customer Services" who dropped the line on me. I also spoke to a lady from Collections who also just transferred me.

Today I have paid my account an amount of R 1 200.00 as according to the MyVodacom App and website the outstanding amount is R1 196.32 for April (Ref H3-3BX8J).

I phoned the colletions department who could not pick up a payment made, they then transferred me to accounts who sad owe R 1 400.00 and I advised them that is not what is showing on my side. They transferred me to "Custoemr services" who told me they cannot assist to load data.

I am unable to load data usng *111#; the MyVodacom Site; The MyVodacom APP and using my card on my banking app. ***?!

I spoke to a "Senior Official" at "Customer Services" who kept saying he cannot assist..eventually i recieved a call from Xolisile Ndunge who told me that Vodacom's system is wrong and I need to pay an additional R300. He will not lift the status on my account.

With the previous HP complaint I told the complants consultant that I want Vodacom to investigate why I cannot load data using the APP and call me with feedback, I recieved a simple SMS. I have asked before for apology letters regarding consultants who have been blatantly rude to me and also recieved nothing.

How s this treating your customer fairly?? You are worse than Telkom!!

There are charges that went off my account for the month of May "Content Services" - I explained to the consultant yesterday 10 May 2017 that I have never subscribed to those services and she kept telling me that I have. She also promised to escalate it, shortly after she just transferred me.

I am fed up with Vodacom, the amount of inconvenience your company has caused me far outweighs the very little value I get from your company! From your consultants to complaints to some senior officials..

My demands are:

1. Write off whatever amounts are still outstanding with vodacom

2. Convert my Sim to prepaid and load 10 GB data for me to have enough data while moving over to a new SP

3. I want an apology from every consultant/TL and other senior official personally that has inconvenienced me over the last 6 months..

4. I want to be contacted and want proof to show that all these concerns and employees have been raised with the CEO's of the relevant departments

Failure n the above will result in me going to social media and the ombudsman.
