Never take vodacom insurance ever… He’ll, ********

I’ve come the wit ends with vodacom services. Bought a phone on contract. Same week a vodacom insurance agent calls to offer insurance which I accept. Before 6 months, my phone doesn’t switch on and I take it in for repairs only to be told it’s not insured I have to pay ~ R5000 while they are busy debiting my account monthly for insurance 😭😭😭.
