Never take fibre with Vodacom
Called last Wednesday to cancel home fibre, spoke to Nosipho who offered a better deal she said she will call back and to date no call has been recieved. I called the cancellations team 3 times since to talk to her and my call was still not returned. Was promised feedback Monday cob no feedback to date.
