Never stock but it advertised - so misleading

This review is a follow up on a follow up to my last review. So i have written a review with regards to the fact that vodacom advertised in the previous catalogue the Mac Book Air but each time i went to the store they would never have stock and never know when stock would be available. the first time i went to Vodacom V&A Waterfront the guy said he will order one in for me and let me know when it arrived... a week and a half later still no response... so i wrote my review and went back to the store. another guy assited and also said he is aware of the macbook the is being ordered as he placed the order, he then called to follow up and also said he will let me know. i then asked him what happens if the deals end and i have not received the macbook? he advised that because he has placed the order on the system it automatically becomes like a rain check. Someone from Hellopeter called with regards to my review and i advised that i have just been to the store and was going to give it a week to see what happens. It's now over two weeks and a lady from the V&A store has called to say there is no stock at any of the stores. How is this possible that something is advertised but non of the stores in the entire Cape Town area has stock. This is in fact a gift I want to purchase for someone and it's so frustrating and disappointing that I cannot get this sorted. Please can someone tell me why this has been taking so long.
