Never Sign a Vodacom Contract

Vodacom CANCELLATIONS department refuse my legal right to an account paid up/closed/terminated letter despite me having closed the account and paid up months ago and requested numerous times for such. The call centre put the phone down on you and the ********** and ********** read your emails but never respond. I no longer do business with them yet they continue to keep me as an active account on their system.

Never sign a contract with Vodacom.
