Never Shop online at Vodacom month later no phone!

Needed to upgrade at Jan, they sent me a faulty phone. contacted them the same day.<br> Called only no help. Called apple they told me to contact my service provider.<br> Called Vodacom they told me to take it to a voda-shope. they could not help me.<br> 7 days later Vodacom come collected the phone. month later still wait for them to reverse there stuff up.<br> Still not resolved. call center never call back as promise!
