Never open a contract with Vodacom

The 14 April 2015 I believed my account was sorted closed and I would get my money back. From previous amounts that was deducted. My contract was upgrdaded with Vodacom without my concent and They deducted more money from my bank account for 3 months. Eventually Kim contacted me and the deductions stopped. I never got a sorry it will not happen again or even that they will pay my money back and sort out this matter. How is that for service to the public???Vodacom deducted another R255.98 03 August from my account since my contract have been stopped. Vodacom owes me money and I am not in debt with them. Give me my money back and stop deducting any furhter funds from my acoount? I no longer have any contract with vodacom and I am no longer using that contact number *** since October 2014. I also have a declaration made at the police station that I never requested this and I want my account closed and my money back.
