Never got my copy of my cellphone contract after renewal of contract and request per telephone. Useless

<p>I have upgrade on my cellphone contract recently and never received a copy of my cellphone contract with my package that was delivered to me in May 2016. Now that I needed to replace my cellphone screen, they (vodacom) request a copy of my cellphone contract, that they couldn't supply to me without a request from my side. Therefore I request it over the phone and I was told they will send me a copy to my e-mail address. Now more then 48 hours, still no contract received. I phoned again, and now, that case is already closed. Parently they have send a sms to me (that I still didn't received yet) to me to request that I must log a new request for my contract via fax. I only do have e-mail facilities available. So this is unexcatable for me. Vodacom is useless when it gets to customer services. </p>
