Never get a Vodacom contract, cancellation is almost impossible

Never get a vodacom contract ! Once you want to cancel it, even if it is due for cancellation, they make it as difficult as possible. Their consultants are definitely trained to do everything in their power to get you to not cancel. I have been battling for more than two weeks now, this has been so frustrating, something as simple as cancelling a contract that expired and that I do not need anymore has resulted in almost 30 phone calls, different answers and opinions from staff, phone line that breaks up, phone that gets put down after I have held on over and over again. And when someone eventually is willing to help you, they try and talk you out of it or try and sell you a new contract. I will never ever get another Vodacom contract in my life and go through this again.
