Never get a contract with Vodacom

If I could give negative starts I would. We got an LTE package from vodacom for our small business but the router doesnt work and keeps on dropping off. We have had technicians out to come fix it but it doesnt work. Furthermore I have been into the Vodacom shop 4 times to change the account into a business account but it doesn't work. Now that we want to cancel the package they want to charge us R10k to finish our contract. Utterly useless service and completely against the spirit of helping businesses thrive. They are completely exploitative. If you are a business owner or individual, never take out a contract with Vodacom.
