Never get a contract with vodacom.
Hi everyone.
So I had a vodacom account years back in 2015, I stopped paying the account due to financial reasons. I payed the account fully in 2017 and to my surprise still today they won't send me a payed up letter. These people are quick to want their money and to even sue you but never quick to help you. I do not ever recommend anyone to open a vodacom account /contract. It never dissappears off your record and you will never get a paid up letter when you done. Never again. Also when you call all their customer care numbers you never go through non of the self help numbers. Even the branch itself will not help you.
