Never ever use Vodacom for contracts

I am very unhappy with vodacom I had a contract with them, skipped 2 months but got my account up to date.... To my surprise when I am due for an upgrade as my term has ended I get statements saying I owe R9000 nobody can even give me answers

I request you to fix this vodacom
