never ever return a call and dont stick to their promises!

I was phoned by the upgrades department to say that for R10 a month i can get double my data. Off course i immediately said i am in. On the 1st of the next month off course it did not happen. When i phoned i was told it is on my secondary nr (this was never advised to me at any stage, and our conversations were taped). I then spoke to a great gentleman that went to his superior and they authorised for my main nr to be upgraded. He even phoned me back to say it has been approved from 1 May, which then also did not happen. Then i phoned back twice, every time the agent said they will get back to me the NEXT DAY, which NEVER EVER HAPPENED. How are your agents trained to never phone back ever? How is this customer care. I know you can see exactly on my log who i spoke to and you can listen to my converstations. I want my data doubled as promised and i want it done asap!!
