Never ending ********** activities on Vodacom contract
I would prefer a zero rating.
I had a ********** upgrade on my contract on the 27th of February 2019. I only became aware of this on the 1st of March 2019 and contacted Vodacom. Vodacom ***** Disputes confirmed on the 5th of March 2019 that the ********** upgrade was cancelled as per my request EC-1RYP-2EIBFO.
My twin call sim-card was deleted but it was a sorry nothing we can do about that, you have to wait for the migration back to your old package then you can request a new twin call at the Vodashop.
On the 1st of April 2019 I received a SMS that Contract Cover has been added to my account. Again another ********** activity on my account. I phoned Vodacom on the 1st of April at 08h37 to cancel this and make sure that I am back on my previous contract and at the same time to terminate my contract, because I knew that with this ********** Contract Cover it won't be the last ********** activity on this account.
Then came the invoice for April 2019. More ********** charges for Itemised eBill Hybrid and Caller Identity that I didn't agree to or request. I'm suddenly charged for a reduced subscription discount for March. I'm also charged for the ********** Contract Cover that was supposed to be cancelled. I phoned Vodacom yesterday at 07h59 and spend 40 minutes to sort this out to receive an e-mail today that the Clip and Itemised billing will be credited. BUT for the insurance I have to call ********** (Vodacom Insurance Call Centre) to remove it. I phoned them they have no record of me on their system (another 15minutes).
This is where I draw the line in the sand: These ********** activities happen on Vodacom systems and Vodacom charge me for it. You as Vodacom can make sure that I'm removed from Sunrise Administrators list for this ********** insurance cover and do the credit note for April's invoice.
Then I want you as Vodacom to remove my personal details from all the lists of your representatives that is part of your Vodacom team. When a customer has to terminate a contract because of all the ********** activities then surely you have to realise there is a huge problem within the Vodacom team members.
Regards Anna
