Never do your insurance with Vodacom u will battel for ever !!!!!

I have been battling over 4 months to get my insurance claim done with them !!!!! I took a day leave to go to there store at Century City yesterday 4/8/2020 and what a waste !!!! There service was terrible !!!! They ask me for proof of payment ( my cash slip was at my house ) what I did at there store 2 weeks ago I paid them cash into my VODACOM account and they didn't wanted to look it up on there system and said to me I must go home and fetch it before they could go on with the claim .
