never do anything

I went to western bazaars in klersdorp toget a contract top up that has a limit on by the lady who helped me (geraldine) give me a whole other contract that is unlimited data anytim and then my monthly balace for 1 month was more than R10 000 then I said I am not gona pay all that because I didn't ask for that and u never explain to me nothing then she said she gona sort it out. The nest time I call she waas not at work and I never heard fm her again and never availablle. And they deducted all that money from my bank account. Now we pay every month the rest of the contract and I have proof of payment but vodacom still take us to the attorneys and we pay. Now is the other extra cost and that's not fair and I think they must work some out on my acount because that's not my fault. Unhappy about bad bad service and how they treat a customer... HELp me big please
