NEVER BUY FROM THESE ****** NXA

Please advise - is this how you treat your clients? its been more then a month and i still have not received no satisfaction.

Please see enquiry logged below and escalate to a service manager whom i am requested a name and contact number .

I AM TIRED !! vodacom is one company i hate with everything in me, please believe that this is going to trend cause clearly you guys are taking me for a ride.

I have a huge social media following and im taking this to the ombuds i am defeated !

06 Jul 2023, 15:53 NEVER Purchase from vodacom I have very much disgusted and disappointed by the after service v received from vodacom, i purchased a phone online and was not happy with what i received as the specs that they gave online were utter *******, i then sent countless email and tried calling the call centre which you never get through too, went to the vodacom shop in gateway and was advised that its a franchise there is nothing they can do for me.

I am now stuck with this stupid phone which i dont want . all i need is for my refund and they can keep the ****** phone.
