Never apply for Vodacom fibre

If you ever need home or office fibre, NEVER!!! And I repeat, NEVER use Vodacom. I was approved for home fibre last month and the router was delivered. It is now almost the end of another month and no one from the Technical team has been in touch to come install the ****** thing.

In addition to that, it has also come to my attention that my application was not done correctly and as a result, there will now be additional costs which were never previously discussed with me.

Vodacom must come and collect their router and not even attempt to debit my account as I have not consented to any of that nonsense.

Failure to do so will leave me no choice but to escalate with the necessary channels.

I am sick and tired of big corporates thinking they can do with consumers and get away with it.
