Never again with Vodacom insure

Full credit to Vodacom, their lack of service delivery is consistent. Put in a claim was rejected and when queried, all I got was one liners in response. Been paying insurance for 27 months, when we ask for assistance, we get every excuse in the book. I Advice, don't take out Vodacom insurance, they will drop you when you need them most. The customer service is also pathetic and when one considers how much we pay and how little we get, it's obvious that Vodacom is taking law abiding citizens for a ride. I cannot wait for my contract to finish so that I can move away from this poor service.
