Never accept an offer made by the Vodacom call center agents

Don't ever accept any offer made to you over the phone by a Vodacom call center agent. I was offered a package upgrade with 3G extra data and I ENDED up paying almost 10 times more than they said over the phone. BLOCK THEIR NUMBER. And don't try to phone Vodacom to downgrade again or follow up on this issue, I am still waiting and I logged the complaint 2 weeks ago.
