**** NETWORK VODACOM
Hi, am so frustrated with vodacom I don't know what to do anymore, because this is my second time complaining about the same company. October they send me an SMS telling me that I must pay 410 which unacceptable. I have a contract with them I pay R355, every month not R410. I did complain about it nothing happened instead they offered me R50 airtime which I didn't need, I wanted my problem to be solved. Now November the amount has escalated to R456 .which I disagree with it again. I paid R355 again for the month of November not R456. Now am in arrears for what I don't know. Vodacom SUCKS ! I hate it if I knew this was going to happen I would have never agreed to take a contract with them. Am soooooo Annoyed and frustrated with this **** network.
