Network query from November 2016 still unresolved-“ Long term plans to improve”

In November 2016 we reported network issues on the farm where we live. At night, when traffic May be less active, the network is more stable. During the day the network drops to 2G and then no service. Data services are absolutely non existent from Vodacom during the day, througout last year Enos and his team were out but we were told a long term solution was in place. We were then told that the tower was adjusted to point to us. In our houses, the network drops to 2G, drop calls are daily thing. Three businesses are affected and struggle with basic cell reception and data coverage, the local informal settlement where 500 people live face the same issue during the day but are simply too poor to spend hours explaining to Vodacom what the issue is. Vodacom has done nothing to improve infrastructure in rural areas or mining areas, The technology is deigned for Sandton and open space and Vodacom don’t care about areas in Mpumalanga where mining activity takes place. We pay the same rates as CT and JHB but half the network coverage is available. I have emailed and reported and received reference numbers that remain unresolved, staff don’t understand and never call back .

Good day I have not received any feedback nor has the problem been resolved. Vodacom have proven themselves to be mafia- taking payment for service and infrastructure that must never be questioned
