Network Problems on my Vodacom number

Since late last year, I have been unable to receive calls on my vodacom number- ***. If someone calls it goes straight to voicemail. The Vodacom call centre is inefficient, I could not even get to a stage if talking to an agent. I physically had to go to VodaWorld to log a call. After a few days, I received an sms stating that the issue is resolved. I was promised that someone will call, to date no one called.

However, the issues is not resolved. At this stage, I'm not sure where to turn. Can I please get someone from Vodacom to call me and assist.
