Network outage and pathetic service!!

I am beyond disappointed with this company. I haven't been having network connection for 5 days now on my home Internet simcard. I even opted to doing a sim swap at Vodacom Shop that I had to pay for still no network. Call centre is useless, all they ever do is to give you a reference number and an empty promise that someone is going to call you. On their Facebook page they reply with their automated reply and delete your comment. I am a student and therefore need to submit my school work, but how can I? I regret the day I took a data contract with Vodacom. I am going to the Vodacom shop for the last time today. This is so frustrating, all the money I am spending to resolve this "no service" issue.
