Network let down

Has to be the worst network provider in SA. Im surprised we dont have overseas competitors in here to show you how to look after customers and run a "working" service.

My debit orders are up to date, I have even pre loaded data the day before. I need to send documents as im not at my desk and I get cut off from all network services. I try to call your help desk and the signal is terrible, I proceed to sit and hold for over 15min on the phone for nobody to answer. If I should decide not to pay you for a sevice(that i hardly have) you'll be over me letters of demand. Thank goodness my contract is coming to an end (3 months left). I would never ever suggest you or renew even if you gave me a car and house for free with a contract. Your services are terrible. Fix your stuff, its 2026. Your ceo's got their bonuses, just give me my service!
