Network issue not resolved

Vodacom south Africa, very useless, early January I reported a vodacom network unavailability issue at khaxani village, after a number of attempt trying to speak to a consultant i finally got through, your chatbot failed and should be re written as it is very annoying. 7month later, after being promised that vodacom will erect vodacom tower nodweni near khaxani village to solve their network issues, today 2019/10/01, the village is still suffering, there is no network tower installed, no communication from vodacom and now I can't get hold of vodacom consultants ..Vodacom someone please attend to this please.
