Network issue at Lombardy West(Oak Crescent)

We have been having an issue with vodacom for the 4 months+.At first I thought my router was faulty but when I went to go take it in it worked completely fine at the Vodacom store. The workers then advised me to call vodacom because it is a technical issue. This was a month and a half or so ago. I reported the issue to vodacom and they said they will come resolve the issue within the next week. They STILL haven't come to resolve the network issue and it seems to be getting worse because everyone in the house's vodacom mobile networks are BAD.
