Network issue

I am actually so done with Vodacom to a point where i will call them every day and they ended up blocking my number.. Vodacom network the worst been over a month now i have been complaining about the network but they keep on saying that they sending their technichians which is a pure lie, they couldn't even fix my problem even when i told them i use the data for my studies what pains me is that they unfortunately cannot do anything i will just have to wait meanwhile I just spent my last R350 buying vodacom data but literally cannot do anything to a point where i have missed my classes I am actually disappointed with vodacom
