network coverage pathetic

I frequently visit my girlfriend in Mitchells Plain Westridge Cape Town area. The problem is that there is hardly any signal and most times none. The issue lays in the area between saddle close and park Avenue. If your lucky you will get a edge+ and nothing more not even 3G. Some days we can't even chat cause she can't pick up signal. When I'm there, and I'm on call 24/7 with my line of work and most times when people try get hold of me they can't due to the fact that there is no signal in that area. Please fix this issue or I will be forced to look for another service provider who can deliver a service that I pay for. This has been going on now for the past 4 years and now when I lost business that was the final push I needed to complain. I'm sure your network is like my business we can't afford to lose clients, or can we? I know I can't. If this happens again where I can't get signal in mentioned area and in mentioned roads I will take my business somewhere els.
