Network Coverage Down for One Week
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the Vodacom tower in our area, which has been down for over a week. Despite numerous complaints logged by residents, the issue remains unresolved, leaving our entire community without network coverage.
This outage is not only inconvenient but poses a significant security risk. Without reliable service, we are unable to make calls in emergencies, which endangers the safety and wellbeing of the community.
We urge Vodacom to prioritize this matter and provide immediate action to restore service. Furthermore, we request clear communication on the steps being taken and appropriate compensation for the extended downtime.
The lack of response so far has been extremely disappointing, and we expect urgent resolution.
