Network Coverage

It pointless to have a phone when there no absolute use for it due to network coverage. It becoming a norm where I find myself in a situation where I can't make or receive calls and also no data connection. One would say it because of the hard times we live under of load shedding but no. Lately the coverage is getting worse and this saddens since I have been a loyal customer for so many years. This has really made me question why I did my upgrades last month and slowly regretting
