Network coverage

Hi...I would like to know if there's a coverage issue with Vodacom...I have been using vodacom with terrible network coverage.. It takes hours to view anything on my phone..My messages are delayed,my internet service is extremely slow...I purchase data and cannot use it because the internet connection keeps loading...I have to constantly reboot...what is this about? Are you rendering a service ? Do you realise that this should not happen...Could you kindly explain or should I switch my network if the issue continues... I cannot use my cellphone without having to wait hours for network coverage.. This is bull****...this is my number..***...If you render a service do it efficiently.. There are days when the network coverage doesn't appear...what's happening...This is time consuming and extremely annoying...I have lost data trying to load a page or view anything on the internet... I used my money for this inconvenience...When there's an emergency I have to switch the phone on and off to get coverage...This is not on..You advertise but what bull**** is this..I could try and understand if it's one or two days..however, the problem is persistent and it's been this way for two months now having to wait for my messages to reflect or take the sim card out or reboot...this is not normal...
