i renewed my cellphone contract at Vodacom Makhado Crossing and took two Z3 cellphones which were for my kids, the phones were given to me in their boxes without being connected to the network because they has no simcards with the agreement that as soon as i get sim cards then i will go to the nearest Vodacom shop to have them connected. One Cellphone was successfully connected at Vodacom Jubilee Mall and when my daughter took her cellphone to also get connected as she had to do a sim swap she was told that she had to pay for the connection. Vodacom Jubilee Mall wants us to pay for a service that was supposed to be done by Makhado Crossing for free but due to no sim card they couldnt. this is a brand new cellphone and fater buying it i still have to pay for connection which is normally done for free as the cellphone is now. please help understand how your services work. Do i have to buys a cellphone and pay a connection fee also. Im realy disappointed in Vodacom because this is the second time that i'm complaining about this.
