Network Blackout During the Middle of the Day!

4 hours without any network, in the middle of a workday. This is on the back of Vodacom, telling us that there are no plans to upgrade the infrastructure in the region. Can someone at Vodacom then please suggest an alternative? These interuptions are having a severly negative impact on my ability to work - I can only imagine the impact in the wider region.
