******** at Vodacom Shelly Centre

I was accompanying my wife to renew her Vodacom cellphone contract, when a lady by the name of Happy (according to the manager) greeted and called some guy who was behind us according to the queue. She assisted the guy before us dispite us getting there before him. I asked her and I quote "Does the queue works here or the systems works according to who knows who?". She rep**** and said we called him and he is only here to collect. I told her that my wife was also called to renew her contract but that did not influence us to jump others in the queue and her response was then go to the person that called her. That is not the kind of attitude we expect from Vodacom service consultants. We then let it slide for a moment but at the back of my mind I knew that we are no longer going to take assistance from her. A few minutes later a manager came out and asked if he can assist us, then we said yes. I then asked the manager as to whether one does not need to stand in the queue if he/she has been called. He rep**** and said they have to stamd in the queue unless its only to collect and go. I then told him of our experience then he was also totally against the woman's behaviour. I told him I will escalate to Vodacom's customer care as well as Hellopeter which I will do because that is not the service we wake up in the morning for. The guy who was sneaked in before us in the queue stayed for almost 30 minutes which proved that he was not there to just collect.
