Negligent and irresponsible behaviour that Vodacom supports

Good day

I trust you are doing well.

This is a case number CAS 37/5/2023. For the case that was leaded by the negligent that Vodacom the service provider that is leading in South Africa. Now I am being treated as if I am the ******** for them taking ownership of my number to ********s that ended up taking my money and yet today they’re failing to assist me to own that number back so that I can update my profile but no it has never been treated as serious as it would be different if my race was not of a black race.

It sad they sent me back to back to police station for affidavits yet last week they acted as if they’re going to assist me for what they did taking ownership of my number to tags.

They can go at Mfuleni Police Station to prove what really happened and I am not gonna rest until my number is back to rightful ownership

Can I get clarity when will be my case be handled correctly at Vodacom because I am losing more on my profile and money for what Vodacom has done to give ownership of my number.

This beware message doesn’t assist me when I just do my number lost network not knowing that service provider give away my number and I am now treated like I am the one that is wrong.

But can I be given my number back and this thing now is not doing any justice as the shop that started helping me they’re avoiding me not even to take my case or issue serious
