Negligence

Vodacom make a mistake when they are giving someone a contract and they use my numbers when they capture in a system,my problem is that when I receive calls now all the calls come to me as private number and when I call they told me that they can't help me because I am not the owner of the contract ,voadacom I want u to rectify your mistake I'm tired of negligence
