Negligence...

Vodacom, really? Are you enjoying the fact that your customers are unhappy? Do you enjoy the fact that your consultants are giving out wrong information and when confronted you treat your customers as if they are in the wrong or even worse, stupid?? You are disappointing me past the point of ever recovering from the hell you have put me through over the years.

There is no recovering from the damage that occurred. You say one thing, the do another and then change the statements again and again.

This will be taken to the ombud and I hereby request that you send me ALL call recordings, correspondence, contacts and everything regarding my contracts within 4 working days (that being said, before Friday 6th of November 2020)

You have drawn the final line, and I am sorry to the kind and friendly people that are staff members at Vodacom, but the *********** others... no comment...

I look forward to hearing from you within the requested time frame and I hope you will do the right thing and ask a manager to contact me or for someone in my region to make a face to face appointment with me to discuss this negligence and for us to find common grounds again.

Your urgent response would be much appreciated.

Thank you in advance,
