Neglecting *********** ********** blood suckers

I have been a client of vodacom for many years, and since I was retreched I had to make manual payments for my phone account ( ********** ). I had to do private work to be able to support my family and sometimes my money was payed late (I didn't have a fixed income). And then my phone line would get suspended because of that. So I would then pay the account once the fund was availeble and have the line activated again, but I was then hassled by fodacom on a regular basis regarding my account with them and after months went by I only heard about the R500 penalty fee. That means every month I have been paying a fine and not the actual account and that is vodacom's negligence! I tried to cancel my account since I didn't upgrade in January 2016 but I was told to pay an extra amount of R1000 and something. So, I took my simcard out of my phone and tossed it out of my car window! I've not used that account in months yet I stil pay R650 EVERY month since then to pay that R1000 and something in order to cancel the account. Since I threw my simcard away I've payed R1400 (I have been paying for something I no longer use) Today I called vodacom's cancelation department to find out what the status is and I was told that I'm still in areas and still owe that 1000 and something rand without any changes what so ever. I was then told that I can't cancel the account because it was handed over to vodacom's legal department who has failed to contact me via email to inform me of this! I have the eft proof of payments!

I will no longer pay for an account I no longer use but still get billed for! I want this account cancelled ASAP!
